If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Return Eligibility

  2. Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, including perfumes and bakhoors.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at perfumeticssshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  2. Pack the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that were included with your order.
  3. Return Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7-10] business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:
